Having worked under some of the finest, most accomplished names in the industry, at the Erno Laszlo Institute, on the Elizabeth Taylor's White Diamonds launch, to being part of the start of Escada Beaute, Neil re-defined the Princess Marcella Borghese brand, as a mutli-branded house of beauty. One, under his guidance achieved profitability for the first time in it's storied history.
His operational background, and keen eye for finding cost savings, are complemented by his maintaining close relationships with chemists, suppliers, and retailers - creating a seamless path from idea to market for beauty brands in all categories.
Ehrin has vast experience managing the numerous components of a brand, from strategy to e-commerce to marketing to social media campaigns and all of the conversations in between.
She began her career in beauty with Borghese over 8 years ago to build-out strategic branding initiatives, drive consumer insights and develop digital profiles that would bring the Borghese legacy to audiences online. She was an integral part in expanding the brand’s offerings of innovative products, growing e-commerce presence, striving to lead Borghese to expand their global roots while sourcing the latest technology and ingredients needed to deliver the effective, targeted skin care solutions that women turn to today.
Prior to joining Borghese in-house, Ehrin worked on the brand as Head Strategist on the consulting side. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology/Pre-Med before earning her MBA in Marketing.
